HOW DO WE DELIVER
We use Australia Post and Aramex Couriers to handle all of our national deliveries. Australia Post's and Aramex's reach and infrastructure make them our preferred delivery partners so we can assure our customers of a fast and convenient delivery to your home or office.
Delivery to most capital city metro areas (except Adelaide, Hobart, Perth and regional areas) is normally the day after dispatch but this cannot be guaranteed due to national courier workloads etc. Delivery times may also take longer during busy periods such as Christmas and Easter etc but if you need more specific delivery information, please contact us via email: info@ourcellar.com.au or call 02 8735 9826

DELIVERY INFORMATION
If you have ticked the 'Authority To Leave' box in the checkout section, in some circumstances Australia Post delivery person may decide against leaving your order unattended. This may occur if:
- Someone was home but did not have acceptable Proof of Age documents
- Driver was concerned as to the security of your order or due to minors in the vicinity

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
During the checkout process you will be given the option to tick the 'Authority to Leave' box, by selecting the 'Authority to leave' option and choosing one of the options from the Authority To Leave drop down list, you authorise Australia Post to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address. OurCellar, and contractors associated with the delivery do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release OurCellar from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.
OurCellar supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW Liquor Act 2007 and will not sell or deliver to, persons under the age of 18. An approved proof of age document may be requested at the time of delivery. Approved Proof of age documents include only the following:
- A current Australian or International Drivers Licence
- A current Australian or International Passport
- A Current NSW RTA Proof Of Age Card or interstate equivalent
