The Angove Family's Family Crest red wines are simply the essence of McLaren Vale winemaking and this Cabernet Sauvignon is no exception. Deep red and purple in colour, the bouquet is ripe and attractively varietal with classic violet, blueberry, mulberry and cassis aromas. These flavours re-appear throughout the palate with an intense and powerful persistence, it's rich and bright with freshness and poise. The tannins are ample, though supple and mouth-coating. Drink now, but it has cellar potential for 10+ years.
