We use Aramex and Australia Post to handle all of our national deliveries. Aramex is a specialist home delivery company so we can assure our customers of a fast and convenient delivery service to your home or office.

Due to delivery schedules to us from our suppliers, we normally dispatch from our Sydney warehouse from Monday to Thursday but this may also depend on whether stock is available and is ready for dispatch at the time of your order, or has to be ordered in. Delivery to most capital city metro areas (except Adelaide, Hobart, Perth and regional areas) is normally the day after dispatch but this cannot be guaranteed due to national courier workloads etc. Delivery times may also take longer during busy periods such as Christmas and Easter etc but if you need more specific delivery information, please contact us via email: or call 02 8735 9826

If you have ticked the 'Authority To Leave' box in the checkout section, in some circumstances our couriers may decide against leaving your order unattended. This may occour if:

  • Someone was home but did not have acceptable Proof of Age documents
  • Driver was concerned as to the security of your order or due to minors in the vicinity

During the checkout process you will be given the option to tick the 'Authority to Leave' box, by selecting the 'Authority to leave' option, you authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended at the delivery address and you accept that once the courier has done so, the complete order has been received. OurCellar supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW Liquor Act 2007 and will not sell or deliver to, persons under the age of 18. An approved proof of age document may be requested at the time of delivery. Approved Proof of age documents include only the following:

  • A current Australian or International Passport
  • A Current NSW RTA Proof Of Age Card or interstate equivalent
