Tasmania's Bay of Fires cool climate has produced a wonderfully aromatic and complex Sauvignon Blanc with a texture that lends itself perfectly to being enjoyed with food.

The aroma showcases fragrant hints of herbal notes of freshly shelled peas and that classic Tasmanian flinty "wet stone" aroma. The palate is finely textured with classic Sauvignon Blanc characters of guava, passionfruit and other exotic fruits.
