Vintage 2022

The Elijah Shiraz from Chaffey Bros Wine Co hails from the revered Fechner brothers’ Moculta vineyard in the North of the Eden Valley. It's deep and dark, but still very youthful, with aromas of plum, dark chocolate, vanilla, liquorice and a hint of spice. On the palate there are decadent flavours of rich blackberries, chocolate with fine tannins and great acidity for a fruit finish. An excellent Australian Shiraz for lovers of big red wines!
