From a stunning vineyard in Springton, Southern Eden Valley. Floral, lemon/lime and lychee aromas are followed by intense apple, lime and orange blossom on the palate, giving this wine some serious length. There's a soft refreshing acidity balancing the intensity of the fruit and providing the backbone to enable medium-long term cellaring if so desired.
