Vintage 2021

Colour Deep crimson with a little purple.

Nose Rich, dark plum, with underlying oak. Hints of plum and raspberry jam.

Structure / Palate Full body. Plum and dark berry flavours with a little chocolate. Plenty of soft, mouth coating tannins. This Shiraz shows considerable generosity in its rich flavours. It’s ideally suited to red meats and barbecued or roasted vegetables. It’s fully ready now and will gain further complexity with short-term ageing, say to the end of 2024.
