Craigmoor Cuvée Brut sparkling wine is a traditional style non-vintage made from select parcels of Chardonnay. Fresh and elegant, it makes an ideal aperitif. The palate is rich in citrus fruit flavours complemented by hints of bread and yeast complexities. The palate is creamy, the finish crisp and the flavours lingering.

    I’ve had this sparkling wine a few times at functions, and was so pleased to be able to get some delivered. Service and delivery was exceptional.

    A very smooth bubbles

    First tried this out at the Holiday Inn in Newcastle early December and it was absolutely beautiful. Was very hard to stop drinking it. Came back to Yamba and rang Our Cellar and purchased a box of Craigmoor Cuvee' Brut for Christmas. Arrived within a couple of days and Christmas is not here yet and we have drank 4 bottles. I would highly recommend this bubbly. Very smooth
