It may be the fashion to pull back on the flavour but there’s no way to control the gargantuan flavour of the Barossa that is expressed in our new splendiferous Shiraz. This is a full throttle taste of what the Barossa is famous for, big fruit flavours and ample body weight with a nicely complex palate. Matured in small oak barrels, this full of velvety attitude and swagger. Pair with an enormous steak.
