Vintage 2023

First Creek Classic Hunter Valley Chardonnay is just that, it displays all the classic fruit flavours of stone fruits and melon, alongside hints of butter. It spends nine months on lees in French oak creating structure with delicate citrus flavours. Prior to bottling, a small portion of unwooded wine was blended in to give it a beautiful balance between fruit and oak.
