Jacob's Creek Double Barrel is finished in aged Irish whiskey barrels for a richer, deeper, and smoother taste. The Double Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon is complex, ripe and layered wine with aromas with mint, dark olive and caramel notes. Tannins are evident at first, before giving way to a mid palate filled with ripe cassis and olive tapenade.
