Region: Languedoc-Roussillon, France.
Palest of pink in colour. Intense aromas of under-ripe raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant with a hint of white pepper. A surprisingly rich palette with refreshing bright red fruit, brambly notes and a spicy peppery character. Combines dry flavours and it has almost no residual sugar with lovely fruit-sweetness.
