McWilliams Single Vineyard Shiraz comes from the steep granite soils of the Quarry Hill Vineyard situated to the south of Murrumbateman, NSW. The position of this vineyard enables the vines to produce a peppery, red berried fruit for a complex wine. You'll discover flavours of dark cherry, blueberries and violets, with vanilla notes from oak, plus balanced structure with focussed tannins.
