Vintage 2025
Palate: This Pinot Gris shows crisp nashi pear, white peach and citrus laced with tantalising texture and spice finishing with invigorating minerality. vintage notes The Pinot Gris fruit was harvested entirely from Block 30 on Estates Eastern Vineyard which was an extremely low yielding block in 2025.
Vinification: Harvested using a selective destemming harvester in the cool of the night. Treated oxidatively and pressed at 570L/T, this wine was crafted using only the free run juice with very light pressings to add depth, flavour and texture to achieve a true Gris style. The juices were cold settled and racked to stainless steel and fermented cool through to dryness.
