Vintage 2023

A multi-regional blend with parcels from South Australia. Padthaway, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, Mount Lofty Ranges and Mount Benson. With vanilla custard generosity and sweet spice combined with nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. Pastille-like juiciness is suggested on the nose. A palate of black cherry and blood plum create luscious texture and vibrant energy. Tiramisu creaminess... the coffee, dark and milk chocolate and Italian sweet spice. Tannins appear to assist a silky call-out and provide mid-palate expansion. Gloss and sheen ensure approachability.
