The Shaw & Smith Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc has flavours of lemon and lime with great acidity adding freshness and energy. Sourced for the estate vineyards at Balhannah and Lenswood the grapes were fermented at cool temperatures with time in tank and on lees to help build texture and complexity. A delicious aperitif or serve with seafood. Best drinking within 2 years.

Lively, delicate yet intense palate flavour, great varietal character and finishes clean and dry and long, with balanced but refreshing acidity and an emphatic farewell.
