Taylors Jaraman Shiraz sourced from the Clare Valley and McLaren Vale regions brings a little bit from both worlds. Rich and ripe fruit from McLaren working in harmony with the aromatic and textured Clare Valley fruit.
On the nose you’ll find aromas of ripe mulberry, plum, and dark berry fruits, complemented by subtle notes of violet and a touch of tobacco spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied with flavours of juicy blackberry and vibrant red fruits, with a touch of dark chocolate. The tannins provide a firm structure for a wonderfully balanced wine. Delicious today, and will cellar nicely for the medium term.
