Taylors Jaraman Shiraz sourced from the Clare Valley and McLaren Vale regions brings a little bit from both worlds. Rich and ripe fruit from McLaren working in harmony with the aromatic and textured Clare Valley fruit.
Colour: At release, the wine has a deep red plum colour with a brooding garnet core and a vibrant crimson-purple hue to the edges.
Aroma: The wine offers a lifted aromas of blackberry, raspberry and pomegranate, layered with violet, vanilla bean and subtle spice. Hints of mocha, dark chocolate and blackcurrant add depth and richness.
Palate: This is a plush, full-bodied wine with layers of ripe blackberry, red plum and sweet vanilla. The palate is round and velvety, supported by fine tannins and a touch of creamy American oak. Generous and beautifully balanced, the wine is approachable in its youth yet will age gracefully until 2032 and beyond.
