The Indigo Organic Grape Growers Collective is range of modern Organic wines crafted by a small number of like-minded vignerons. Their Cabernet Sauvignon displays the typical regional Victorian characteristics of forest fruits and dark berries with earthy notes. On the nose there are classic aromas of violets and dried herbs with a subtle hint of florals. Drink now and enjoy a medium bodied plush wine with typical cabernet tannins.

"Attractively fruited and inviting, the bouquet shows blackcurrant, mint, clove and toasted almond notes, followed by a succulent palate that’s supple and finely textured. Well structured by grainy tannins, finishing firm and pleasingly dry. At its best: now to 2028". Wine Orbit.
