92 Point Rated Huon Hooke "Light, bright yellow colour. Subdued bouquet with a nice toasty bread character, the palate light and lean-ish, with a clean dry finish and aftertaste. Some nice complexity, and fresh acidity to finish. A very enjoyable wine."

90 Point Rated The Wine Front "Perfume is actually very attractive, very complex, you can see the detail, mix of floral, nuttiness, brioche, complex, gently sweet but shifting into savoury with a squeeze of citrus through too. Light and creamy in texture, but with enough pep and freshness to encourage drinking. Sweetness is here, builds with a gently cloy, but it fits with briskness of fizz, smoothness of bead and drinkability. Finishes with a briny freshness. Easy going."

Veuve Clicquot has been producing fine quality Champagne since it was founded in 1772. In 1810, Madame Clicquot broke new ground by creating the first vintage Champagne, made of grapes from one single harvest. Veuve's non vintage is consistently rated in the top handful of NV Champagnes and delivers a powerful bubbly with a rich mouthfeel.

An elegant style with generous freshness from the Pinot Noir which lends body to a very lively wine. On the palate there's layers of floral and fruity complexity that flows into a remarkably long and powerful finish. Drinks best with: Wild mushroom risotto.

    I buy Veuve Clicquot whenever I get the chance to which isn't as often as I would like to unfortuntely as I think its the best bang for buck fizz you can buy. Thanks for the great price and quick delivery ourcellar
