Villa Jolanda is a great example of good Italian Prosecco. With a creamy mousse showing good hold with pale straw base wine colour. Very fine bead showing excellent persistence. Delicate aromas of grapefruit, lees and citrus. Creamy palate texture with flavours of citrus, lees and cashew. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of cashew and yeast lees.

Prosecco is a light Italian sparkling white wine that has boomed in international popularity in the past decade. With less bubble and complexiy than champagne, its best consumed when young and fresh and when the delicacy of white-flesh stone fruit and acidity is at its best. What's not to love?

    Without doubt this would be one of the best sparkling wines I've had ever. Lightly sparkling, served ice cold and enjoyed any time of the day. I keep a case on hand now and introduce all my friends to this amazing wine.
