Inspired by Ana-Sophie, the daughter of the ANA wine producers, who was born just after the first vintage in 2009. This classic Marlborough Savignon Blanc displays aromas of fresh cut herbs and citrus fruits and flavours of blackcurrant leaf and passionfruit, captured and enhanced by a long cool fermentation in stainless steel. The palate is juicy and fruit-forward with a long, crisp mineral finish.
