The Elvie Clark (formally Mangan Vineyard) Sauvignon blanc, Semillon and Verdelho vines were planted in the 90’s and are certified biodynamic and carbon positive.
This wine is a blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc 33% Semillon and 7% Verdelho.
