Aromas of lemongrass, lemon zest and sherbet lead the charge, underpinned by a chalky, limestone edge and delicate white florals — citrus blossom and jasmine drifting just beneath the surface. On the palate, it’s a vibrant, unfolding journey. Bright citrus gives way to almost-ripe white nectarine, fresh pear and the crunch of red apple. There’s a fine acid line that drives the wine, complemented by a subtle creaminess through the mid-palate, adding depth without dulling its energy.
