Hilton's Hundred Sauvignon Blanc from Coonawarra is full of floral aromas with notes of grapefruit and lemongrass. The palate is dry and bright with notes of white peach and gooseberry and zesty citrus acidity provides excellent structure and length. Enjoy as an aperitif or pair with goats cheese tart and asparagus.
