Petit Jeté is the lightest of the sparkling wines in the Jeté collection, named after the ballet movement meaning 'to leap'. Using Chardonnay grapes from the cooler regions of Pemberton and Mount Barker and produced in the méthode traditionnelle style, this delicate sparking wine displays flavours of citrus, red berries and baked apple. A creamy mousse-like mouth feel with fine bubbles that burst with freshness, and a lingering finish with soft lemon-like acidity.
