MEZZACORONA PINOT GRIGIO 2013
It's our wine of the week at Best Wines Under $20. This co-op in Trentino in the north of Italy is 120 years old. I’ve always liked this Gris for its Alpine-fresh style, but the 2023 has more of everything: energy and zest, mouth-filling flavour, depth and length. It’s a gorgeous wine at a sharp price - back up the ute. 94 points.

Great value
This is a really lovely Pinot Grigio. Quite light, goes with anything. A very reliable brand. Highly recommend. As a side note, I also highly recommend ‘our cellars’. Great customer service!!

Ideal Italian Lunchtime Vino
Terrific for that Picnic Lunch or seafood extravaganza at a waterfront restaurant. This light fruity flavoured wine has all the reminents of Tuscanny inside the bottle.

Great drinking Pinot Grigio
We tried this at an upmarket restaurant and loved it straight away. We were thrilled to find it at Ourcellar and ordered two dozen. The way it’s going I can see another order not far away!

Good for the price
Nice light easy drinking wine for summer, keep in the fridge for when friends turn up in the afternoon unnannounced. Better than most at this pricepoint.
