GROWING AREA: Prosecco DOC Treviso zone.

GRAPE VARIETY: Glera 100%.

VINIFICATION: To make this sparkling wine, the grapes are gently pressed and the must ferments without the skins; the wine then receives a Charmat method secondary fermentation.

ALCOHOL: 11% vol. TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.5 - 6.5 g/l. SUGAR LEVEL: 9 - 12 g/l.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6° - 8° C.

SENSORY PROFILE: This well-structured sparkling Prosecco stands out for its luminus straw yellow hue and for its emphatic yet stylish mousse. The bouquet is redolent of Golden Delicious apple, while the palate is appealingly marked by aromatic notes of honey, black liquorice, and acacia blossom.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Extremely versatile in pairing, this sparkling wine loves vegetables, minestrone, mushrooms, grilled fish and almost any fish-based preparation.
