Savoury aromatics - minerals, oatmeal and spice are layered with white peach and citrus floral aromas. Complex and enticing. Flavours of white stone fruit and pear combine with cashew nuts from the oak and a lovely textural mid palate to give complexity. The palate has a line lemon sherbet acid which gives focus and length to the wine.
