Tasmania's cool climate is ideally suited to Sauvignon Blanc, and Ninth Island Sauv B is no exception. Tightly structured, fresh and lively, it displays floral, herbaceous aromas with flavours of gooseberry and passionfruit with a crisp balanced acid finish.
