Quilty & Gransden from Orange, NSW produce elegant cool climate wines, and their Cabernet Sauvignon is a great example of the terroir. A deep red colour with purple tones, on the nose you'll find aromas of dark berries and a hint of oak. The palate is vibrant, yet still delicate with flavours of blackcurrants and chocolate. We REALLY like this cool climate Cabernet - well worth a try.
