Red Hill Estate Heathcote Shiraz displays the typical characteristic of a Heathcote (VIC) Shiraz. The Shiraz grapes have been picked at optimum ripening from the premium vineyards in the area, and fermented for 9 days on skins before 9 months on oak.

The result is an intense and sophisticated Shiraz with aromas of plum, mulberry, cassis, spice and black cherries. On the palate there are intense flavours of blackberry, white spices, pepper, blood plum and blueberries, finishing with an elegant tannin structure.
