Great Australian Prosecco
A gem! I first tried Redbank’s "Emily" as a house pour at Hotel Indigo and was instantly impressed. Even as a devotee of Italian bubbles, this Australian sparkler won me over with its delicate balance. It’s light yet creamy, featuring lovely notes of pear, orange blossom, and a hint of raw cashew with a beautifully subtle crisp finish. I couldn't find this one at the big bottle shops, so I ordered a few online. It's just as delicious as I recalled and I suspect that, at this price, I'll be ordering more. Cheers!
