Vintage 2021
This soft and rounded wine is the synthesis of a careful selection of the best Sangiovese and Merlot grapes grown in the Municipality of Montespertoli and neighboring Municipalities. The wine matures in barrels, where the refinement lasts for at least 12-15 months, followed by a further 5 months in the bottle.
The vinification takes place with cutting-edge technologies that tend to limit contact with oxygen and enhance all the characteristics of a Chianti. Depending on the vintage, the grapes can undergo long macerations, even 25-30 days. The resulting wine has an intense ruby color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it is fragrant, fresh, spicy. The flavor is soft, full and savory, medium tannic, with a pleasant and very elegant aftertaste.
