Robert Mondavi Buttery Chardonnay from Monterey County, California boasts rich, creamy flavours imparted by its distinct winemaking style. You'll discover lush notes of apple and white peach, balanced with bright and mouth-watering acidity. Made using 100% malolactic fermentation, the wine's body is enhanced, with added complexity from aging in French and American oak for the finishing touches of brown spice and vanilla aromas, with notes of toasty brioche to complement the decadent buttery profile.

    An exceptional wine, a real surprise

    Wow, was this wine a pleasant surprise. I had never heard of it, bought 6 on spec. Beautiful full wine, good oak, hard to describe, as I think it's unique, but buttery is a good term. I quickly re-ordered 3 doz. A must have wine for the cellar, but I'm drinking it so quick, it won't last long in my house. I just love it.

    Really enjoyed this Not often I get a real old Chardonnay Full bodied with all the tastes I enjoy Buttery, vanilla butterscotch flavour suited to my pallet A definite repeat purchase for me
