Sidewood Chardonnay displays aromas of fresh stone fruit, citrus and cashew, supported by gentle toasty oak characters. The palate is fleshy and supple, enhanced by vibrant acidity and a subtle backdrop of minerality resulting in a long, mouth-watering finish. An incredibly adaptable wine that will complement a number of cuisines from Asian salads to roast pork or mushroom risotto.
