Soumah Chardonnay from the Yarra Valley displays classic Chardonnay flavours of citrus and stone fruit and a touch of nutty oak. The grapes are picked early for a fresh zesty profile and crisp acidity. Barrel fermentation adds structure, and eight months of maturation result in a balanced wine with a silky texture, with a refreshing, dry finish. Serve chilled and enjoy with a mushroom risotto or seafood dishes.
