Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc is certainly a more interesting wine that your usual Marlborough Sauv Blanc. With aromas of guava, citrus and florals, you'll find the classic flavours of passionfruit, but also white nectarine and gooseberry leaving a fresh mouth-watering acidity on the palate. The grapes are harvested at peak flavour maturity, with a portion of the juice fermented in older oak barrels with a range of aromatic yeasts to add complexity.

    Have been buying for a number of years. In my opinion, it is consistently the best Sav Blanc out of New Zealand.

    My all time favourite Sav Blanc. It has a very nice after taste, with a passion fruit flavour. Just delicious.
