A classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from Forrest, with plenty of passionfruit, grapefruit, elderflower and blossom on the nose. On the palate, more passionfruit joined by guava, aromatic herbs, lemon thyme and sage with hints of white flowers. Full and generous, but also crisp, dry and refreshing with hint of salty minerality on the finish. This wine is sustainably crafted and Vegan friendly.
