The Black Clay Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from St Hallett is dark crimson and purple displaying aromas of plums, mulberry, fruitcake and spice with a hint of black olive tapenade. On the palate soft plums, dark cherry and chocolate with notes of coffee bean. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years.
