The Other Wine Co. wines are vinified and bottled at the Shaw + Smith winery in Balhannah in South Australia's Adelaide Hills. The wines are 'other' because they give the winemakers the opportunity to make wines from varieties and/or regions that fall outside of Shaw + Smith's rigorous definition. Stylistically, the wines avoid over-ripeness, oak and power in preference to freshness, balance and overall drinkability.

This is a cracker Pinot Gris. Made from Low yielding and handpicked fruit. The wine is cool fermented in stainless steel followed by four months on lees. The Other Wine Co Pinot Gris has classic stone fruit characteristics, is unmistakably Pinot Gris, and is a worthy contender in our 'Best Pinot Gris In Australia Series'. Seriously yum.

    Any time, anywhere for this very drinkable Pinot Gris. plenty of fruit, but finishes dry enough for most pallets Yes!.

    I first had this Pinot Gris at a restaurant and asked them where to get it from and they said you guys! I have to date, never found a Pinot Gris I like better.

    One of the best Pinot Gris you could drink

    I loved this Pinot Gris the first time a Sommelier said to me try this if you love Shaw & Smith Sav Blanc. It’s a great wine to share amongst the Sav Blanc drinkers as it’s from the Shaw & Smith winery.
