The 2024 Samuel’s Collection Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz from Yalumba has taken home two major trophies at the Barossa Wine Show, acknowledged for the modern interpretation of this classic Australian wine style.
Opening with fresh, bright aromas of dark red plum, anise, cherries and brooding dark chocolate, it is balanced with fine red currant and cedar aromas of Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate is rich, fleshy and generous, yet soft and supple. The rich flavours linger throughout the long, delicious finish.
