Vintage 2024
95 points Marcus Ellis, Halliday Wine Companion; "mourvèdre/ grenache/ carignan/ counoise/ shiraz/ cinsault; steel ferment, then five months in older oak. A come-hither colour and classically dry, but there’s a succulent sweetness to the fruit flavours, allied with a textural pliancy. The acidity offers freshness but is also soft enough for that texture to play out. Poached strawberry, watermelon, white cherry, rosehip, musk and freshly ground cinnamon, all elegantly reflected. There’s clearly a lot of thought to the flavour and shape, but you’d be forgiven for focusing on the deliciousness."
Shining pale salmon pink in colour, this elegant rose is bursting with citrus, red fruit and musky hints on the nose. On the palate there are delicate rose hip and strawberry flavours, juicy with a crisp dry finish. From dry-grown bush vine Grenache that is is picked early in the season to capture the freshness and crisp acidity. A quality hand-crafted wine.
