Colour Nightly dark yet bright as if draped in a violet-plum moonshine. Nose Damson plums and reduced plums and plum jam made yesterday morning and, oh, plum chutney too. All of this plummy aromaticity is set off by other primary fruit drivers: olives, bay, the more freshly picked woody herbs such as sage and rosemary and thyme. The bouquet whispers of dark liqueur chocolate, cocoa and vanilla. Palate Here is a ripe yet restrained profile of fruit purity; the palate is clean, clear and defined - etched minerality and savouriness runs in fine powdery tannic layers. This is Barossa that is beautiful not brazen; beguiling not boisterous; a balance not a bomb, yet still indubitably - indubitably - Barossa

A deeply colored drop with strong initial nose of black current with softer berry undertones, smooth texture with fruit arriving on the mid palate, gentle tannins and lingering pleasant aftertaste. A true example of the Dandelion craft.
Still have some 2014 in the cellar and some of the 2019 will be fun comparing.Doug. Sotheren

Smooth and full of flavour
I love this full-bodied shiraz that's also silky smooth to drink as the tannin is very subtle. Make sure to let it breathe before you drink (or put it through an aerator) to appreciate all the different spice and fruit notes. And Our Cellar had by far the best per dozen price.Cath

2016 Shiraz WOW..!
This is the type of wine you take to a dinner party and friends have a sip and go wow and take a photo of the label. I’m no wine expert, but I know what tastes great... I gave a bottle to my neighbour as a thank you present and she wants to order a dozen..! ;-)Tim R

Can’t put it down
Apart from being a whacking good looking label, I can’t fault this wine. It has amazing intensity on the nose and a soft juicy palate with lots of black currants and plums. Drinks great now and to fully appreciate it, cellar it for 2 - 3 years.Paul
