Tasting Comment: This sake is named for the rice used, called Omachi. Omachi rice produces very mild sake with gentle character with full flavour and grain character.

Food Suggestion: Grilled or robata meats and red flesh fish such as salmon and tuna rather than sashimi and sushi.

Ingredients: Water, Rice, Koji Rice, Sake Yeast. ALC/VOL: 15.5%
