Houraisen 'Gin' takes its name from the word Ginjo, and means slowly and gently crafted. The nose on this Junmai Daiginjo Sake is extremely fragrant and perfumed, with a complex palate displaying notes of ripe white peach and a subtle creaminess. The finish is silky, rich and long. Serve it chilled and enjoy by itself or with light cheese or vegetable dishes.
