Like it's namesake, the Mitolo Jester Vermentino is a lot of fun. In this tropical and zesty wine, you'll find flavours of apple, grapefruit and sherbet on the palate, with notes of yellow peach and white blossom on the nose and some subtle spice. Crisp with mouth-watering acidity makes for a refreshing finish. Pair with fresh seafood dishes or simply enjoy by itself.
