Sangiovese was Pike's first ‘alternative” variety planted on their estate and is extremely well suited to Rosé with naturally high acid and bright red fruits. The Luccio is a delicious dry style rose, with flavours of fresh guava, strawberries and raspberries and a slightly creamy texture. The acid profile of Sangiovese provides excellent brightness, with a chalky textural finish.
