Robert Mondavi California Pinot Noir is vibrant with aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry and strawberry, and hints of delicate spice. The palate is smooth and elegant refined tannins and a lengthy finish hinting to red fruits and sweet spices from oak barrel aging. It will pair well with cured meats, rich mushroom dishes and semi-mature cheeses.
