A medium-bodied organic Cabernet Sauvignon from the high altitude vineyards of Orange, NSW. On the nose, aromas of ripe blackcurrant, mint and dried herbs, joined by dark berries and a touch of spice and cedary oak on the rich palate. The rich flavours and savoury tannins make it a perfect partner to rich grilled meats and pepper sauce.
